Went to this service to find friendship and maybe a long time relationship, I paid alot of money and filled out a lenghty form describing what types of people I wanted too meet. Well in six months I had only one date, and this person was not what I described in my preferences.
I decided that maybe this service was not the way to go, so I asked for a refund, I wasn't expecting a full refund, I was willing to accept a pro-rated refund based on the lenght of my contract, and the fact that I did have one date, that seemed reasonable to me. Well they said that I would receive nothing and if I continued to ask for a refund that they would just cancell my contract. Is sounds to me like if your not happy with the service then go away, because your not getting any monmey back!
So I decided to investagate this company and have found this site, plus many, many complaints with the BBB, so I've decided to fill this form out in the hopes that it will stir someone to start a Class Action Law suit. Please contact me thru this site or just post any action, because I'll be glad to join in on a lawsuit!
