I am so furious at 24Protect Plus. I used Intellius.com to research a person's criminal background. At the checkout time, there were boxes that were already checked, which I always UNCHECK. One of these boxes belonged to 24 protect plus and it allegedly signed me up for a trial membership, which would result in a pay requirement after the trial is over DESPITE THE FACT THAT I NEVER CHECKED THE BOX, KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY, NEVER USED ANY FAKE TRIAL, and NEVER AUTHORIZED MY CREDIT CARD TO BE CHARGED.
I am so angry that I want to file suit against the company. Additionally, you all should file complaints with the better business bureaus in Connecticut and Illinois, where I see that the company is located. Also, file complaints in the national better business bureau as well.
One last note, be sure to call them and cancel or else they will keep charging you. I think I am going to cancel my credit card because this is outright FRAUD!!!
