Its all true! I joined Gibson Trust in June, and things seemed fine. I sent thenm $175 a month for one credit card I wanted to get down. Even got letters from my credit card saying they received the proposal from Gibson.
Then suddenly I was getting calls saying Gibson was not paying, but then again Gibson was sending me statements that they were paying My credit Card COmpany!
SO I call Gibson and get put on hold for like 30 minutes then They want me to fax the letters from my credit card company to them about not getting payment. They told me it would take 7 to 10 days to process. Its now been 15 days and I have heard nothing and keep getting the run around when I call. All the voice mail boxes are "full" and you cannot leave a message. Plus I have dealt with three different Representives and when I ask where the last one went who was handling my account they tell me he/she left the company!
My credit card balance is now growing higher and they have received no money from gibson since JULY and its now OCTOBER! Then i find this whole thing on the internet about how gibson trust is a fraud? I am gonna file a compliant ASAP and stop sending money and find another way to deal with my credit issues, How do they get away with this???
