On December 28 I placed an order with JT Sterling for the amount of 130.00 When I did not receive my items by February I called and was informed by "Donna" that a new person had taken over and that I was assured to receive my items. At which time I was FOOLISH enough to place another order for nearly the same amount of money
I contacted the BBB in April adn was informed they had not responsed I have placed numerous calls and letters and emails to no avail. I wish some one could help me with this.!
