We sent our franchise fee on Nov. 14 in the amount of $25,000. They promised us to help find a financing thru their contact called Funding Solutions. After we were conditionally approved and spending another $30,000 (aprox), our loan was denied. It took them almost one year to do this transaction, and by this amount of time, I already suspect a scam. They are now blaming me for providing false information to the bank. Although the services that they provided were legitimate, I am warning the public that this company knows how to scam people. The bank denied our loan based on Image Sun Tanning Centers and TC Franchising lack of business strenght and experience. I am warning future franshisor about this company, beware and do not send them any money until you are sure that the loan is in the bank.
We went thru alot, including signing a 10 year lease on a building space and paying others for their services.
