I have been ripped off 2 times for $6.98 each plus the $31.00 overdraft by my bank twice

I was looking at pay day loans signed up for 2 did not get neither one. I got lost in all the submitting from all the different pay days that popped up. This company whoever it is has costed me $6.98 two times plus 2 over drafts of $31.00 each. Who is this company and where are they located? Looks like we need someone to help us get our money back and to stop them from going into our checking accts
