I placed an order with tiny details after many hours research (never saw this page). I saw that they had problems with the better business bureau, but they seemed to be mostly resolved. So I ordered anyway, well weeks and weeks passed with no kit in the mail, so I started to get worried. After yet another week of no kit I e-mailed the company and tried to find out what the problem was. They had no problem taking the money out of my debit card, so where was my kit? NO RESPONSE! I tried another e-mail, same outcome, NOTHING!
I contacted better business bureau and made a complaint and tiny details has not responded to them either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY" They are probably pretty wealthy off of the money they have nickel and dimed over the years and they should be prosecuted and sent to prison. I most likely will never see my nearly $100.00 dollars again, so I will do everything in my power to get them out of "business".
