Took 99 did not deliver Uggboots for daughters christmas present

On 15th December apaynment of 99 was made via Paypal to Uggbootdirect for a pair of uggboots for a Christmas present despit emails etc no Uggboots have arrived. There are many other reports from similar purchasers.
The firm is a total rip off.

Do not trade with them.
