I recieved my order and tried to report damaged goods per their links... Returns, email, contact us. Finally I used the live link and explained my problem. She avoided answering all my questions directly, instead used vague answers.
When I asked why I had to pay for original shipping and return shipping for damaged goods, she wouldn't answer. My watch was missing a stone and my ring has a major visible flaw. Non of which appeared or was stated on the auction site.
I had ordered a ring a few days ago. The quality didn't compare to the pictures or the statement. Two orders and nothing was as it was presented.By the time I pay for shipping again, it will exceed the cost of two of the items... What a farse.
