I recieved my December credit card to have 2 charges of $9.97 and 1 for $34.97 that I did not charge. I had thought I had CLOSED this card out. I called the company to dispute the chareges and they said they would take off the $34.97 one and cancel my subscription. I said no need to cancel something that I did NOT order.
I called the credit card company and asked why charges were allowed when I had canceled my card. They said the card has to have No charges for 30 days and then it closes. I said that I did Not make these charges and I consider this FRAUD. HE said he would take the charges off and file a report but it would still take 30 days to settle. So I said guess what my card was just STOLEN, file the paperwork and deal with that!
