I have been renting two 96 gallon garbage totes from Waste Managment and last week they did not empty the totes. I called and they said it was because they did not receive my payment, so I went on line and paid the past due invoice plus the invoice that I have not received in the mail yet!
I left the house yesterday (garbage day) and the garbage was picked and and they took my cans with them! They threw the 2 totes in to the big garbage truck with all the trash! How can they call themselves green when they waste two big totes that I had rented for the past four years?
I spent an hour on the phone trying to get it resolved and I was told someone would call me back in 24-48 hours! I was told they would bring me two new totes and see IF they could waive the $25 fee for bringing me new ones!
