Ordered and tested the Naturear which did not work well for me. Followed the return instructions exactly (within 2 weeks after delivery) and 3 weeks later recieved the package back because no one would sign for it. Spoke with company representative who explained that they were on vacation so I returned the package a second time and contacted Diners Club. To date 12/24 no credit has been issued by the company.
