Rippped me off, wont return calls. Took money from the credit card unauthorized

Eceived confirmation of a charge to my credit card notice of 9.95, no phone number to contact them no referrence number I have no idea who these people are, I contacted my bank to get information on them and contacted the phone number on the charge, no call have been returned. The money has not been put back, I cant find them listed and the email adress is no good also.
