Deceptive, uncaring, mindless, heartless, cold, uncaring

After my husband got hurt at his job and this is the insurance company his employers had. They have screwed up our lives so much by sending his workmans comp checks late or not even sending them at all at times. We had to contact someone to get a loan to pay bills with, to survive. If they weren't late with the checks some of his hospital bills weren't getting paid and now that we have settled the case we still get bills that have gone to collection because Broadspire hasn't paid them.

Now... We have been waiting for his settlement check since the papers were signed just after Thanksgiving and it is near Christmas. They now don't know when they sent to check to the lawyer as our lives once again is in their hands.
