Collected debt from a client and also charged them processing fees (collection fees) and was never able to get any return calls

We hired this company to collect several outstanding debts. Apparently the collected the debt but forgot to let us know. We found this out apparently to late as we had served court proceedings on an individual or in turn supplied a copy of all of the canceled checks to pay off account.
