My name is luis I have been paying my bills for the last 8 months there were times when I just could sent them $100 a month sometimwes $50 dollars every two weeks.
During the Thanksgivbing holidays one of by online banking check bounced back to me I call them back and let know about the situation. It is my belief that I talk to someone in the Braintree campus.
Havin done that I called Phoenix Arizona and talk to Jaime Martinez Phone number 480-557-1634 I explain the situation and he threaten me of sending my bill to a collection agency so I can get a bad credit report even thought I told him that I am willing to keep paying my bill Dec. 14 2007 for the amount of 100.00 dollars and so on till march in which I will be paying the whole amount in full.
Furthermore he asked me to borrow money, or get refinance in my house this guy was totally out of control.
I have called the UoP to address this issue and they gave me the round around... Finally I got a name Ryan Menen (Financial Manager)
But I dont know if he could help me because my intentions is to pay them.
I am also intent to sued the university for bring me to the point of mental dispair. I will like to know to whom shall I talk. Because I dont like to be intimidated by anyone.
