Ameritrust Financial
They tried to scam me, but i stoped them. Is this legal?

They said it was a credit card but in was a catalog card. I seen on here this happend so i called immediately and took the money out and froze my account. Is this legal. Can i pursue legal action for being lied to? Any comments?
