Apparently, Savingsmart is under a parent company called Adaptive Marketing, LLC, based out of Connecticut. Their number is 1-800-962-4106. I spoke to a gentleman at first at Adaptive and when he asked for my member number and I gave him what I had, he was able to pull up all my information. I said the following verbatim, "I've received some authorized charges for the past eight months and want them removed." Short and sweet, no fluff.
He then said he could only credit the last month, to which I replied that this was unnacceptable and requested to speak to a supervisor. He didn't fight me at all but transferred me to another gentleman. Again, I was very brief and stated exactly what I needed. He said that it wouldn't be aproblem and said the refund would appear within two business days. He also advised that if it did not appear within two business days that I should call back.
When you call, ask for an ID number for your records.
I am patiently awaiting my refund. I hope this works. Good luck to all.
