AP9 Savingsmart
They are debiting one of my credit cards for $1 that I never signed up for or authorize

I received my credit card bill with a charge on it for Savingsmart. I do not know who this is and never authorized the charge. The credit card company is telling me that I need to contact them to cancel the charge. When I call the 800-316-8774 that is showing on my statement. It does not let me talked to anyone and wants me to enter my member number. I do not know my member number because I am not a member. When i press 0 to actually try and talk to someone about this, it just hangs up on me.
