Ripoff con-artists took us for all we had

I received a call from U.S. Guardian united consumers and they told me that they were going to send me a credit card with a $4,500.00 credit line to start off with and all i had to do is to let them do a bank withdrawal of $199.00 for the processing and then i would get my credit card in about 8-10 days. Well, in 8-10 days i received this large envelope with all kinds of junk in it and this letter. Dear valued customer: congratulations and thank you for participating in the U.S. Guardian united consumers program! You have taken the first step toward establishing and/or re-establishing your credit.
