Consumer rip-off fraud mistreated

I ordered two pair of slippers for my husband and I, I sent them a check on July 25, it was cashed and it is now 9/16/02 and still after repeated e-mails, letters and phone calls all I get is the run around.

They say they are out of stock, then say they'd been sent, then they just stopped answering at all! I want justice and I just don't ant to see any one else scammed by these crooks!
