I ordered 5 merrion goblet stemwares on May 31 and have never recieved my order, despite repeated emails to them asking them when it would be shipped. The order was $475 which they charged my credit card in May. I am unsure what to do to get my money back (the order says no refunds - yet I never got my product!)
