Hey Hey to all you angry cardholders or ex-cardholders im a current employee there who obviously not stupid enough to put my real name on this cause ill be out of a job. However under these circumstaces I still wont shit, you cardholders only know the half its much worse working for them & also being ripped off.
For the past 2 yrs. Of being employed by the company Ive noticed a couple of things where to me it doesnt make since but anyone reading this who works for a corporate company also understands. Trust me we are being ripped off as employees more than cardholders. First what type of company forces you to work OT on the weekends, where if u dont come in your subject to being fired. 2nd no one knows what the hell is going on but the big wigs. 3rd were told what to say we dont create the bs we say. 4th Is it just me or does every cardholder notice they never get their first bill resulting in a late fee of $30?
What the F$^$ is an account origination fee. Ive lost count so I'll continue how can you still get an annual fee if the account is closed. Yo I think Ive said to much but im out I cant offord to lose my job, but if someone can break me off I know more.
