I got this insurance when I retired from the military and had it coming out of my retired pay. I was unaware that there was any thing wrong until I wanted to get an address for the company from the finance office for retired pay.
They informed that they didn't have one and couldn't tell me where my money was going and advised to stop the allotment and I did. Then when I tried to send in my policy the post office told that the address did not exist.
That was frustrating after I had waited in line for a long time. I thought this ridiculous, but I see that I am not the only one that has suffered from this mishap, and too am now in failing health.
I have always thought that insurance companies were a big rip-off and this just confirms it. You have to be aware of who you are dealing with. I was sold my policy by a trusted friend who now may not be a friend at all.
