I received a call for my website business be Jason Oble from Ecommerce, he was pleasant and very enthusiastic. We spoke about generating more traffic to my online store. Bottom line, I was ripped off for $3200. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company.
It has been about 3.5 weeks, I did receive 1 phone call back from Jason, as I had been trying to inquire about status of my account. Several and I mean several phone calls and emails later, he returned my call. I was told I fell throught he preverabial crack! I was told I would receive my info via email by the end of the business day.
WELL, 1 week later I still have not received the information, so I called. The phone just rings and rings. Finally a day ago I reached a person who basically could tell me nothing, however he did tell me that Jason Oble no longer worked for the company, I said since when, oh about a week. I asked to speak to a supervisor, well the whole department was unavailable! I gave my number and was told I would receive a return call the next day! GUESS WHAT? Yup you're right, no return call. So I called, the phone just rings and rings.
This company should be investigated by all the authorities, ripping off hard working individuals who are only trying to make a living!
