Mine is the same story as the previous one. Even the amount. They charged $31.98 to my account for a service I did not sign up for. The phone # does not work. I chatted online w/two people (Amy and Josh), but all they could do was cancel my subscription (nice of them, since I didn't ask for it)! I told Josh the # was bogus, he claimed they were getting calls, so I tried again while I was still chatting w/him, but nothing.
They both insisted that to get a refund, I would need to call, but had no other phone # for me to use. They gave me 1-866-883-4987, and the advice to call back in 30 minutes. It might not seem like a lot of money, but to a person who supports a family of 5 paycheck to paycheck, it's bad. It's going cost me that, plus I don't know how much in overdraft charges.
