I order my Passport back in April of this year, after I filed I thought something was odd, I paid by debit card and check, it took them a week to withdraw money from my debit card and a month for my check to clear. So in July I received a letter from Seattle saying my Birth Cert. Did not prove what race I am or my full name and etc. I was sent a paper a list to order another Cert. Which I said why should I when the same information will be the same. They have refused to return my money as well as my pictures and Birth Cert.
