I, like most everyone else, ordered one CD from Google and received a large package in the mail.
I called to cancel and they gave me a code to write on the outside of the box which I did when I mailed the material back.
Now they have taken $129.99 out of my bank account. I don't even know how they got my information! I called to inquire about it and they told me to call the Post Office and get a tracking #. I called the Post Office and they said there is no way you can get a tracking # for something mailed over a month ago.
