The saga continues; Michael Bacolas and Twalla Bacolas of Tempe Az. / Surprise Az. Just started another rip off company connected to all the above companies, Mrs. Twalla Bacolas was arrested for check fraud and was put in prison for 5 years now she is able to have access to thousands of peoples credit cards and bank accounts, connected to all business names mentioned above.
How much longer can this go on? They are using SLS Information Services for front end paper work, but using SM Marketing for back end to scam all the big deals through her merchant account, Twalla Bacolas and Michael Bacolas are being investigated by the FBI for fraud, bad checks, federal bank bounced checks and it goes on... I have 7 to 8 witnesses that I have been talking to for the past 2 days that personal knows Michael Bacolas and have been around him for years, they had said "they would not mind testifying on my behalf in court" people are going bankrupt behind these people that are ripping of old people, mentally ill, and disabled. I have proof on that also.
Michael Bacolas has a bad name in business. How can a business owner be aloud to smoke marijuana around 6,8, 9,10 year old kids? And also be aloud to serve minors that are 16 and 17 years old alcohol and drugs in his house? Michael Bacolas is very cunning and scaeming and he is good at working the system with his lies. But the end is coming he needs to be shut down from being able to scam from other peoples checking account and credit cards, fate is a good thing what goes around comes around. I have all my ducks in a row! I have people that have been subpoenaed to go to court with me to testify against Michael Bacolas, Them two have met there match.
I am going to shut them down for good, I am going to help the investigation along I am doing it for real instead of trying to scare someone or bluff someone, like Michael Bacolas is doing to me about bogus police reports. Really I don't care about reports; really I don't care about anything but shutting this fake fraudulent company down. Now about character witness I have people who have no felonies that know Michael Bacolas, and are high in society in Phoenix Arizona, ready to testify against Michael Bacolas from past businesses that takes peoples money. Michael Bacolas is trying to make me a low life like him but its over. Michael Bacolas has blue eyes also, he has all of those up against me but the devil can never beat GOD. Michael Bacolas also got mad at me for paying half my income to him each month, but when I decided and got smart to move on here are all the negative things about me and my company on line but it doesnt really matter I am a small guy that is going to take down the biggest scam artist in Arizona and I am also not afraid for my life to take him down, he has also threatened my family then go to the police and say I threatened him with a gun.
I dont threat I do what I have to do, I have to survive against the people that are taking away from the smaller people who want to succeed in business. We can not do that when other people are hating, envy, jealous, blood crawling night suckers. But anyway SM Marketing is the new rip off scam business and he banks with SUNBANK of ARIZONA.
