The constant phone calls regarding late payments are unnerving. When I call customer service, the representativs are rude and unknowledgeable and not very willing to solve the problem. I started making my payments via western union, even those payments were lost. I've sent partial payments as well full payments and yet I remain 2 months behind eventhough they've confirmed receipt of my western union payments.
It's rather upsetting dealing with this company. You can never get the same story twice from anyone there. The left hand obviously does not know what the right hand is doing.
