I call my bank regularly to check on my balance and status. On August 9th. I was informed that my account had been debited $54.95 for a credit card I had never received. I was given a number to call but it was just a number to get me to use their email to ask for a refund. When I emailed them they said they were in their rights, apparently they scam your emails and if you contact another company and give any info they can use they use it and rob you.in my emails I made it clear I did not agree to them taking the money, and I wanted it back. They tried to tell me I was bound by an agreement. I explained that I did not agree so send my money back. They promised I would get a refund, so far I haven't. I tried to call them again and their number is disconnected. Isn't there something legally we can do?
