AmeriLoan debiting more then what was authorized Ripoff

In May of I was having trouble with my finances and needed a little extra cash to make it thru the month. So, wanting to be private about it, I searched online for help. I had used this method before and it had worked out easily for me. I came across the AmeriLoan website and applied for a loan of $300. The agreement was sent to me and I signed it. I agreed to borrow $300 with 782.14% and pay back a total of $390, to be taken $90 at a time until it was paid back. The money was deposited into my checking account in a very timely manner on May 5. As I had agreed the payments started coming out. The first was taken on June 1st for $90. Then again on the 15th. This went on it the following month and on the 13th of July there was another debit for $90. At this point I knew that I was getting close to my loan being paid off and that on the 1st of August there should have been a debit at most for $30. I called my bank to verify that I was keeping track correctly and then just to follow up and prepare for the next pay day I tried to contact AmeriLoan. First by locating the website, I couldn't find it. Then thru the bank, they could not find a phone number or web address to give me. So then thru Google, I came up with 15 phone numbers with the listing AmeriLoan. After calling 14 of them the only one I had that was a pay day loan company was nothing more then a questionnaire used when applying for a loan. So I went thru the whole thing and at the end all I got was "Now, please enter your home telephone number and one of our representatives will be contacting you within 72 hours regarding your loan application. I never got a call back. On the 1st of August things started to get ugly. AmeriLoan debited $90 and an additional $50. I notified my bank right away and was instructed to hand write a request to have any further debits stop and was mailed, from my bank, a "WRITTEN STATEMENT UNDER PENALTY OF PERJUY OF UNAUTHORIZED ACH DEBIT ACTIVITY". I quickly filled out the paperwork and faxed it back in BEFORE the 15th of August and was told over and over that the matter would be quickly taken care of. The 15th came and so did two more debits. This time one was for $75 and the other was for $50. As of August 15th, I have now paid $625 to this company and still have not been able to talk with anyone from AmeriLoan. After, trying and trying to handle this thru my bank, which seemed the only way possible, they have given up on it and told me (the funny part) that if there are any further disputes that I would have to notify AmeriLoan directly... Tomorrow morning I will take all of my bank statements, my copy of the loan agreement, and the dispute paperwork filed thru the bank to the Ft. Campbell Jag office along with the Better Business Bureau in Tennessee and Kentucky. I will do everything possible to have this matter taken care of. I will not stop there. The bank that I use is supposed to be one of the best in regards to military banking and I am seriously be let down, I will fill any necessary paperwork with the banking commission and also contact the media. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of hope that anyone else that has had the same experience feels the way I do. If so please do something about it. Please if anyone would like to join with me and have something done, respond as soon as possible. I will pass along any information that I get, in order to best help others. Any information regarding you experience at all would be greatly appreciated.
