I am a 64 year old disabled lady. I live on a very small pension & disability. I had been wanting a computer to look up Dr's & medical info. Circuit City had out a flyer right after Christmas, 06. I decided with the rebates offered maybe I could afford to buy myself a computer.
I purchased the computer Jan, 14th., 07. I have done everything perfectly I was supposed to do. I received the Mfg's rebate of $50.00, telephone rebates for hook up & now it is August & I have not received one dime from Circuit City. I have called them, I have e-mailed them, I have been promised my rebate, I have been told I returned the monitor, I have been told i have wrong tkt. Numbers, I have been put on hold for hours until I finally get disconnected. I have all my info., I should have, I even have the box it came in.
I sent my rebate in when & where I was supposed too. The last contact i had on the phone was with Crystal, Circuit City's store on Hickory Hollow Parkway in Nashville, Tn. She said she would mail me my rebate in a week or two, that was a month ago. I need help, anyone?
