Communications Publishing consumer fraud ripoff

I was charged on my credit card, for "America's Secret Cash Giveaways", and received it, but never ordered it. When I tried to call the number on my credit card statement (800-497-3982), I wasn't able to talk to anyone or leave a message. They give the option to leave a message, but it cuts off before you can say anything.

I called the number that was on one of the reports on your site (800-688-9889), but got a Federal Information Number. Do you have a toll-free number for this company, where I could talk to someone there?
