They sent a final notice with a claim number stating I had won $450K in the lottery. Ripoff

A notice was mailed to me from Miami, FL via a London based office. It was titled "final notice". It detailed a claim number and contained a $3600.00 check directing me to contact my assigned claim agent: Robin Casidy. They gave me a London based number but included a US office fax number. A note at the bottom read to "keep the winnings secret until the funds are released". It was signed by the President: Martins Calvin
