EXTORTION - Is a criminal offense, which occurs when a person either obtains money, property or services from another through coercin or intimidation or threatens one with pyhsical or REPUTATIONAL harm unless they are paid money or property.
In the United States EXTORTION may also be committed as a FEDERAL CRIME across a computer system, phone, by mail or in using ANY instrument of "interstate commerce" (Wikipedia Encyclopedia).
And when you have more than one oranization involved you have RACKETEERING.
According to the U.S. Code Collection
1961. Definitions
(1) "racketeering activity" means (A) any act or threat involving murder, kidnapping, gambling, arson, ROBBERY, bribery, EXTORTION, dealing in obsence matter, or dealing in a controlled substance or listed chemical (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act), which is chargeable under State law and punsichable by imprisonment for more than one year; (B) any act which is indictable under any of the following provisions of title 18, United States Code: Section 891-894 (RELATING TO EXTORTIONATE CREDIT TRANSACTIONS).
Well folks if that doesn't some it up, then I don't know what does.
The deceptive, fraudulent and illegal ways in which Lease Finance Group LLC and Bankcard USA is conducting business is a racket. These two companies together have forged contracts, stolen money from our bank accounts, lied, harassed and misrepresented their services. We are appalled that such a practice can stay in business. The complaints are all the same, suggesting fraud, forgery, and theft of services.
We can only imagine how many people are being ripped off on a daily basis.
It would be interesting to know how many honest business owners have taken a hicky on their credit report.
Folks this is a federal offense! Therefore, not only have we notified the appropriate Attorney Generals office's, we filed a report to the Federal Bureau of Investigations in Washington D.C. And Chicago as well as via the internet at the FBI website.
Do you agree a good place for them to start would be to find out how many people have a mark on their credit reports? Do you see a pattern? How many lives have been ruined by smearing our reputation? As we all know, our hard earned credit is of the up most importance to us, for sucess in life. Once your reputation is tarnished by bad credit reporting, your life is never the same.

P.S. Last time I checked cancellable is not a word in the dictionary. Cancelable, however is a word. I wonder if that has any effect on a contract?
