What do I do with a $3,188.20 check? Ripoff

I got this letter stating I won $58,000.00. It said to call this number and talk to Ms. Joan Norton.

I called the number and the operator said the number was not assigned to anyone.

They also sent a check with the letter for $3,188.20 What do I do with it?

I am afraid to cash it.
