Our company repaired American Mast Climbers construction elevators on a 24 story condo. Bldg.in Panama Shores, FL. We made 3 round trips to FL from AL and fixed the elevator for two different problems. They knew up front there would be time and travel charges and they agreed and pleaded with the mechanic to fix the problem as quickly as he could. They even Fed. Expressed parts over night on a Saturday.
Now we are six months trying to collect. The just give us the run-around when we call. This is bad business. So anyone doing business with this company beware!
