First Index is a scam of all scams. One joining I worked very hard to win business but soon realized that it was not possible. The buyers using First Index have no intention of awarding the work. I learned through investigation that most of the RFQs on First Index are either fictitious or were coerced out a buyer just to get the First Index rep off the phone. I spoke with numerous buyers who told me they gave First Index RFQs so they would stop hounding them but they had no intention of awarding the RFQs. What a wast of money and time! There is a reason they don't show RFQ awards on their site like does.
