My wife ordered Trudeau's book on natural cures, which then directed her to the website, if she wanted and "real" information. She subscribed, and they began charging $9.95 a month. So far, so good. Then she cancelled after about three months, and they kept on. I wrote a letter, and they kept on. Sometimes double charging. I always call the credit card company, and they always credit me. Still, every five or six months, they come back. Apparently hoping we won't notice the small charge.
Also, I found out that my credit card company is actually taking the hit, and not back charging naturalcures.com. So, it just keeps on going. Don't give this crook any of your personal information. Don't order anything, don't subscribed to anything. I've had to change my credit card number, and may wind up canceling the card to get rid of this guy.
This scam works because A. We don't complain
B. The credit card companies don't demand their money back
This is still criminal! Stealing $9.95 at a time.
