I see that I am not the only one. I had the same 110 dollars removed from my account with a check 001. The thing is Bank of America should be held accountable for this fraud too. The account that is being used belongs to somebody and they need to be arrested. Like everyone else I am sure you all know that the phone number listed is from cincinatti, oh. I have ordered the physical address from intellius. When I receive that information I will pass it on.
Everyone on here should file a complaint with FTC and the Consumer affairs department in the state of ohio and south carolina. Its going to be up to us to stop these criminals. Also, call the Cincinatti, OH fraud department 513 352 3542. The consumer affairs number is 803 734 4200. This will be the only way Bank of America and JFYC or data corp or triton corp will be held accountable for their intrusion into our lives.
I spoke to someone at this fraudulent company and he gave me some lame excuse that AOL gave them permission to withdraw monies form my account. AOL consequently has never had my checking account information. I spoke to someone at AOL and if this company is using them as a front for business AOL will also investigate this company.
