If you are looking for a job where you have an absence of free time and is complete with more fallacies then truths. The Niko Group is the perfect employer for you.

That salary you are informed of during one of your two interviews. Say Hi to Eddie for me! When reality sets in this position as an esteemed Account Manager is 100% commission. Otherwise if you so chose you can earn a whopping hourly rate of $6.67. I know take a moment if you must and let it sink in. Leaders are taught to avoid questions about compensation during the day of observation (your second interview).

The normal work week is Monday thru Saturday. You are disillusioned to believe you make your own schedule. Wrong. Every day is a twelve hour day. This is no exaggeration. You don't have to be a mathematician to realize this is more than 40.By the way there is no such thing as "Vacation" Eddie will tell you this is the sacrifice you make to be a manager of your own coveted office. The carrot that is dangled in front of you constantly.

What about benefits you ask? On hire you are told that you will qualify for them after 60 days with the company. This is a huge misconception we fall victim to. When you inquire about it you are met with vague answers that result in no answers at all. Smoke and mirrors deserving of a David Copperfield show.

When the owner is rattling on about how he personally chose each and every one of us to be there. He is preaching against inter-office relations which he feels the need to do frequently with no avail. How else would you get anywhere in the company, just ask a certain leader, an administrator or a certain other person. Company policy prohibits contact with anyone who is no longer employed with them. They no longer exist you will learn. If you are one of a select few will be for lack of a better term, "blacklisted" where other employees are instructed to stay away from you. Who would think an assistant manager would do this?

This company along with the many other offices on this campaign and many others within Cydcor prides itself with a certain mantra. The belief that you determine your own success within the organization. Honestly, this is the largest fallacy of them all. They determine your success. You will succeed if they so choose and fail if they so desire. Also at what rate and at what cost they decide. This all happens with the assistance of his socially defective, callous and judgmental assistant manager. Who will stop at nothing to unfairly harm others progress.

For many of you it may seem that this is written with an extensive amount of disdain. This is however not the case. I was previously employed be the previously mentioned company for several months and did so loyally. Never once saying anything about these practices in the office or with the customers we were deceiving. Since disengaging from the Niko as a leader the only thing I am left with is a horrible habit of high fiving people and a lot of strange looks when I explain this my last employer on interviews.

Unless you truly believe a position with in this organization is right for you. I suggest you refrain from having anything to do with Niko-Laos and any other Cydcor constitute. Trust me they all sing from the same song sheet.
