If you ever wondered why you couldn't find the Niko Group, Inc, through a yahoo or google search, it's because the company is trying to hide potential employees from seeing this site. So I hope now when people type it in, this comes up, and it'll protect and not waste people's time and money.
This is one of the biggest scams of Tampa Bay, it's a comissioned, door-to-door soliciting, credit card selling company. If that's what you're into, then great for you, but if you really want to get into marketing then don't send resume here. These people discriminate against everyone, elderly, sexual orientation, disabled, obese, etc. They'll hire you if you're a naive college good-looking graduate. There's no paid training, so you go at least 3 weeks without a paycheck, and then when you quit, they hold money from you.
How are they making money? Good question, because not even management has anything to show for themselves. The company is in debt, and is soon to go bankrupt. But their solution is to open up their office somewhere else, and leave their company to someone else, and change the name completely.
Anyone who submits their resume will get called, don't feel special, their Recruiter is made to lie to you and tell how were selected out of 300 applications, and that tomorrow is the last day to have an interview. What really happens is, if you show up you'll wait half an hour to an hour, to have a brief 5-10 inute interview, where everything they tell you is broad. They don't tell you that there's only position, and that's commission, and that there's no benefits. What they also don't tell you is that you really have to work 10-12 hour days, arrive at 730 and get out always after 6P.M. You drive around in your car to Bradenton, Clearwater, Plant City, wherever your territory is, go business to business, putting wear and tear on your car, that the company won't pay for, and try to sell credit card services and machines. Turnover rate is about 97%.
Everyone talks about you behind your back, there's no support just selfish greed. Even for the people who do make a thousand a week, they're constantly fixing up their cars and getting gas, that they don't even get to enjoy their paychecks.
