President Greg Dovico, his wife Anna Dovico and Estate Administrator, Bruce M. Tripp are under investigation for Fraud, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Embezzelment, Theft, Abuse of Power and a Provable pattern of Tortuous
Conduct. Currently, this matter has been expanded from a Final Accounting of a deceased client who was completely used as a Piggy Bank over $525,000.00 in 22 months of their Court Appointment by the Maricopa County
Superior Court Probate Division.
Morgan Stanley Dean Whitter is also a subject of the probe for their part in allowing Southwest Fiduciary to drain the Trust account of their client and abandon trust assets and property to third parties with impunity and malice! These parties use the Courts orders
to exploit their clients estates and transfer the client's wealth to them. They use the Court system to create a Criminal Enterprise churning out millions of
dollars to their own accounts! This is now another White Collar Criminal enterprise that can be placed next to Enron and MCI as well as unsuspecting
clients of the Baptist Foundation Scandal in Phoenix, AZ and that of Charles Keating and his Lincoln Savings & Loan Fraud!

affection that was allowed by these pigs for a period of 8 months prior to her death!
This matter should be a very real concern to everyone with assets after the death of the Court Appointed Lawyer who used her too and of which litigation against his estate is in progree too!
