Well where to start we bought a new tv found out it was used kept it for couple of months asked to return it rick the manager with no nads would make threats over the phone to my wife to garnish her check if we didnt pay for the tv but when he speaks to a man he turns into a coward. He will try to intimidate a women but wont speak that way to a man whats that tell you about him. We still have the tv my wife asked twice for him to come and get it he refused saying to my wife that he will garnish her check and then come get the tv. All we wanted was a new tv. But found ourselfs in debt to the mob boss with no nads. Went to crossville tn to rent-a-center where the manager patrick took great care of us on a sofa tv computer and bed room set we have had only the very very very best service from him. I know all rent-a-centers are not the same but crossvilles is exactly what a rent a center should be.
