Before Fleet, this was an Advanta card and Fleet bought them out. This is when all the problems started.
Ballooned high interest rate as well as late and over limit fees. They say they are willing to help in this matter but, no help has immerged.
We are willing to pay our fair share of the amount owed but, are getting no help from anyone.
Account has been sold to First Select and are still getting the run around with no help in sight.
The only other alternative is to hire a lawyer which I can not afford at this time. I would appreciate help from some one, some where so the phone calls will cease and we can get on with other projects.
I am truly tired of messing with these people and am treated as though we were the only account they had. Please help or advise as what to do.
