I was looking for grants on the internet and I came across usagrants.com. I filled out the form and then 1 day later I got a call from "Mary Roberts" and she stated that we could get government based grants for our business and for a home. She then let us know that we would have to pay $299.95 and they would do all the work for us. Well, they took the money out of our account and then they sent a booklet of questions for my husband and I to fill out. We do so asent it back. According to "Mary" we should have an answer in writing in about 6-8 weeks willl this has been going on now since February.
When I started to call I would talk to a rude lady "Kathy" and she did know her head from her feet. I then started to ask for a supervisor, which she had "Michael" pick up the phone. He made promises that he did not keep, for example "I will make sure this is taken care of by friday." Well, many fridays have past and I am still waiting. I also notice that their phone line transfer to french if you hit the * button, which is funny because my husband is french. I recently discovered that there is another person who did not realize what was going on and offered to help me. Will he? Who knows only time will tell...
