Totally frustrated! I sent in my $50 order for magazines back in January 07 and thought they would make nice gifts for my son. Well, a couple months later after him not receiving them I tried very hard to contact them. They wrote back saying my order had been sent to Mexico! I sent them the original copy of my order I saved online and they wrote back saying they would fix the order and would have to resubmit it.
Well, that was okay with me, but come to find out my son still has not received any order so now I am trying to write to them but I cannot access their web page and the contact information they give you leads you on a dead end street and won't even acknowledge my information or order number.
This is DEFINITELY a RIP-OFF!!! They should be banned and brought to court for stealing money from people.
Thank you for providing this site! I hope somebody does something about it.
They give other web-based companies bad reputations as it makes you fearful to try again with somebody else.
