Unfortunately I am a another victim of this $99.75 account fraud. Another unfortunate part of this situation is my bank City National Bank is not being helpful in taking care of this situation. All they keep saying is file a police report and then they will look into it. They will not even close the account so that leaves me open to more charges. I am at my wits end its so frustrating that a company is allowed to keep doing this and whats worst our banks seem to be helping them. I have a copy of the check that went through and I cant believe the bank allowed it to go through. No information besides name and account number is correct.
