I am home inspector I do mold test. Sanair called me and offered me a price of 17$ per test. I agreed to leave prolab because their fee was 22$. Without any notice they changed the pricing to 35$. Both labs offer the same service.
The question is why would I leave prolab for sanair to pay more money? The answer is I was tricked. Sanair said on the phone they would fix it but has never sent any billing with the corrections. They have sence then turned my account to collections, who are very nasty on the phone. This is bait and switch
